PROCOMER's Green Growth Program

The Promotora del Comercio Exterior de Costa Rica (PROCOMER) is a non-state public entity responsible for promoting Costa Rican exports.

PROCOMER's Green Growth Program is a program that promotes productive transformation processes that improve the environmental sustainability of companies and thus their export profile. This program is a means of interaction where different actors interact with each other to support the efforts of companies undertaking these initiatives.

Through seed capital (non-reimbursable funds) and personalized technical assistance, micro, small and medium-sized companies belonging to the agricultural, food, industrial or service sectors (except for tourism) interested in developing green productive transformation processes may invest in change requirements. This seeks to promote business initiatives with export potential in markets with environmental requirements and expectations.
