To settle any disputes arising from this agreement, the competent courts of Ibero-America are elected, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy establishes the data protection policies and practices of the espacioempresarialiberoamericano.org website (the "Site"), an interactive online information source created and maintained by the Inter-American Development Bank ("IDB" or "we"), and its ecosystem of tools, including the IDB for the Americas and the Build the Americas mobile applications.
