The content submitted by you will be called "Submission" (or "Presentation"). By this document, you grant the IDB the non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, assignable, sublicensable, transferable and royalty-free right to copy, prepare derivative works, distribute, transmit, display, publish, delete, retain, translate, analyze, reformat, edit and use (both individually and in collective works), in any manner currently known or to be discovered in the future.
To the extent that the Services include a way for a User to communicate directly with another User or a third party, you understand and agree that use of these Services is at your own risk. The IDB shall not be liable for (a) any failure to transmit or contact the recipient of such communication, (b) errors in transmission, (c) interception by any person, (d) any other defect in such service, or (e) the content of such communications.
You will be responsible for all your activity on the espacioempresarialiberoamericano.org Site and must comply with all applicable laws, treaties and regulations, whether local, state, national or foreign, in connection with the use of the Services, including those related to data privacy, international communications and transmission of technical, financial or personal data.
